I dreamed a dream

Last night I had a dream that I was holding a baby. So sweet and nice, had the new baby smell, was plump and cuddly, all of the good baby things. I woke up, but I didn't remember the dream until this afternoon. It came rushing back, and so then I had the amazing experience of losing something I never had.
Calm down uterus, I will let you know when I am good and frigging ready.

Sigh. Goddamn it.

How did this happen?

how is summer over already? such crap :)

I keep hoping for just one more day of beautiful sunshine and warmth, and for the light not to go away at 6:30. guess that's what I get for living in sask. probably better than a sunny place like cali though, with earthquakes and the possibility of the entire state falling into the ocean. yeah, I like my chances better here at the center of the continent.

The Origins of Pirate Lester

A lot of people don't know this, but in highschool my sister drew a hilarious series of comics about a pirate named Lester. Unfortunately, only one of those comics still remain, the rest have been lost or thrown away. The picture below describes how Lester came to be a pirate, click for larger image.
